Aimed at Board, Executive and risk practitioners, we codesign a suite of services, such as:

• Strategic risk identification workshop
• Risk Appetite statement development
• Aligning strategic plan, audit program and risk management
• Scenario workshops (eg Board room response to managing a specific risk)
• Risk training program development

• These functions, especially in smaller organisations are often the responsibility of one person or a small team, but the thinking and approach to each is quite different
• I work with you to build practitioner confidence across all accountability domains, including governance structures and reporting requirements

• Health, aged care, disability and social services sectors have a particular challenge in managing risk whilst fostering service recipient choice, even if risk is involved
• I codesign services to support understanding and practical application of these requirements in your own setting
